Hey Tennis Friends!
The fall USTA League season is just ramping up! Javier and I have got a little more practice in since our first match, so, we’re ready to bring that to our match today!
PROGRAMMING NOTE: My USTA League reports are time delayed in favor of the daily and/or more timely reports promoting other events. This match actually took place during the second week of September, when it was very hot!.
For this USTA Fall League season, each team must field three doubles matches.
The high temp for our afternoon match was 104º!
Our first set lasted 34 minutes.
Our second set lasted 60 minutes.
A little more practice and consistency, and we should be on our way to our first win together. Not a bad showing for our second team-up!
My results, so far, for this season are:
Local District/Area 4.0 Doubles
0-wins, 2-losses

Hi Marcus,
I really enjoyed watching you and Javier playing doubles.
The best part was your drop shop winner!
Thank you for sharing your video.
John
Thanks John!
Sometimes I create a moment of brilliance, . . . most of the time, . . . not so much 🙂
Wow, great video Marcus. You sure do move really well. Javier’s serves impress me, how fast would you say he was serving? Looks pretty quick.
He was definitely having a good day!
Just remember, these are the highlights, if we played that good the entire match, . . . we would have won!
