Originally conceived back in 2003, GroundsPass.net was initially designed to showcase all of the extra activities that surround a major professional tennis event. From tennis related sponsor booths, fast serve contests, and professionally led clinics, many people don’t realize how much more fun it is to actually go to a pro tennis event, than to just watch it on television.

Because of the wide net that the tennis community casts, GroundsPass.net has expanded to include reports on local tournaments, tennis club profiles, even USTA League play!  In fact, if I can get something to somehow relate to tennis, and I can get my camera near it, I’ll post it for your infotainment!

Television only shows you what happens on the court, but there is a lot more that happens “Outside the Lines”.
