Hey Tennis Friends!
Even though the World Team Tennis regular season is over, I like to keep the enthusiasm alive by continuing, throughout the year, to share the fun of going to one of these events.
In this featured match from last month’s brief season, the Breakers take on the Bryan Brothers and a new team for the league, the Texas Wild. Despite my extensive emcee duties, this time I was able to get more comprehensive coverage. Check it out!
Two of the five events were decided with a tiebreaker! As much as I am a fan of the Bryan Brothers, it was great to see the team of Johnson/Huey pull out a win against these future hall-of-famers.
Because I only feature selected highlights, trying to spread out the “winners” evenly, most of the points are presented out of sequence. This is why I do not provide a running score for the competition. I am only trying to give you a taste of what it is like attending one of these events. In order to get the full experience, you REALLY have to come down and see the action LIVE and in person!
