Hey Tennis Friends!
No matter whether it’s the hot summers, or the cold winters, it’s very important to stay hydrated out there on the courts!
Now, I’m not a doctor, or a trainer, but here’s some of my advice on drinking and playing:
I’ll see you next time, with more tennis, . . . outside the lines!

Are you sure you don’t need to go pee. lol
I tell all my students the same thing regarding drinking of fluids
Great tip.

Good reminder Mark. Actually the nutritionists say that you must hydrate (and eat properly) the day BEFORE your match, don’t wait til the day of your match. Just thought I’d throw that in the mix.
Always enjoy your videos.
I use a cooler that filled with ice and hand towels. Between ends, I cover myself with cold towels to bring the skin temperature down, as well as sipping water. If needed, I’ll even soak my cap & shirt in that cold water.
Great planning, Ken!
